Luanda: The Angolan Vice-President, Esperan§a da Costa, reaffirmed the Government's commitment to improving the quality of the education system during a visit to the Agostinho Neto University and the Luanda Science and Technology Park. She emphasized the government's dedication to seeking new solutions to enhance educational standards.
According to Angola Press News Agency, Esperan§a Costa highlighted the creation of the Luanda Science and Technology Park as a crucial addition to the government's ongoing efforts in educational development. She noted that investments have been made to improve training offerings and expand access to higher education, aiming to bolster the skills of both teachers and researchers.
Esperan§a Costa also assessed the progress of the Luanda Science and Technology Park, mentioning that construction is advancing well and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The Park is designed to support the young generation by providing a space for research and innovation, equipped with labs and tutors to foster the development of technology-based startups and entrepreneurship.
'Training staff in Angola has always been a priority, both at home and abroad, and it is necessary to correctly direct all these human resources, valuing them more and more,' he argued.
