Luanda: The trade balance between Angola and Switzerland is valued at between 20 million and 30 million US dollars annually, primarily due to the export of oil and agricultural products, as well as the import of machinery from Switzerland. This information was shared by the Swiss ambassador to Angola, Lucas Gasser, during a meeting in Luanda.

According to Angola Press News Agency, the ambassador addressed the press at the inaugural meeting of the "Swiss Business Council," which was attended by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Isaac dos Anjos. This event was organized by the Angola-Swiss Chamber of Commerce to enhance cooperation between private companies in the agri-food sector.
