Tunisian table tennis player Wassim Essid won the ITTF-Africa Youth Championships in the U15 individual event, defeating his Nigerian opponent in four sets (11-8, 11-8, 11-4, 11-4) in the final held in Agadir, Morocco, on Saturday.
With this latest victory, Tunisia bring the total number of medals won at the African Table Tennis Championships to 11 (4 gold, 1 silver and 6 bronze).
