Minister Highlights Importance of Replica Project for Sustainable Growth

Luanda: The Minister of Industry and Commerce, Rui Miguªns de Oliveira, emphasized the significance of the Replica Project for fostering inclusive and sustainable growth centered on creativity, merit, and entrepreneurial courage. Speaking at the launch ceremony of the Replica Project in Luanda, the minister highlighted the government's confidence in Angolan entrepreneurs, young people, and women, underscoring the transformative power of innovation, work, and perseverance.

According to Angola Press News Agency, the minister reinforced the crucial role of private initiative, entrepreneurship, knowledge, innovation, and creativity in achieving the country's inclusive and sustainable progress. The project is designed to establish a national network of sustainable businesses, enhance the digitalization and modernization of micro-enterprises, and stimulate youth and female entrepreneurship.

The minister described the initiative as a symbol of hope and opportunity, representing the transformation of individual potential into collective benefits. This, in turn, is expected to drive the economic and social development of Angola. Replica is a strategic project that encourages emerging entrepreneurship by replicating functional businesses and providing operational kits, training, and technical support, which facilitate the initiation of business activities with reduced risk and increased impact.

The project ensures access to proven and sustainable business models, thereby creating substantial opportunities for entrepreneurs across the country.
