Lubango:A newborn baby boy was discovered dead on Sunday in a vacant lot in the Nambambi neighborhood, located on the outskirts of Lubango city, Hula Province. The body was recovered by National Police officers after receiving a tip-off from local residents.
According to Angola Press News Agency, the discovery was made when residents noticed a dog dragging an unidentified object at the scene.
