President Ibrahim Traor© Urges Central-South Fighting Forces to Intensify Efforts

Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©, met with the Combat Forces of the Centre-Sud region at the National Commando Training Center in P´ during the graduation ceremony of the 24th class of active officer cadets from the Georges-Namoano Military Academy.

According to Burkina Information Agency, President Traor© congratulated the forces for their efforts and urged them to strengthen their resolve in pushing back adversaries. He emphasized the importance of maintaining vigilance in patrolling the forests to prevent any re-establishment attempts by enemies.

The President called on soldiers to consider the significance of their commitment, reminding them of the historical struggle for a free Burkina Faso. Captain Traor© stressed the duty to defend the land and ensure its future for the next generations.

He provided specific instructions to enhance combat readiness, advising caution against practices that may lead to unnecessary losses, such as the use of mobile phones. Emphasizing the impact of distractions on operational focus, he urged the forces to maintain concentration.

Captain Traor© also encouraged the Defense and Security Forces to exemplify leadership and work in unity with the population to foster social cohesion, aiming for a swift victory.
