Pulmonary Hospital Holds First Scientific Congress in Luanda

Luanda: The Cardinal Dom Alexandre do Nascimento Hospital Complex (CHDCP) will host its inaugural scientific congress on Thursday, aiming to showcase advancements in the health sector across the nation. The event will see the participation of at least 500 attendees, providing a platform for professional training and updates. According to Angola Press News Agency, the two-day congress will not only highlight the achievements of the hospital unit but will also feature speakers from Portugal, Italy, the United States of America, and Mozambique. Nearly 100 topics are slated for discussion during the event. The congress is organized as part of the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Angola's Independence and the fourth anniversary of the Cardinal Dom Alexandre do Nascimento Hospital Complex, which will be celebrated on November 30th of this year.
