Tunisian Ons Jabeur ( world number 6) was eliminated in the second round of the WTA 500 tournament in Eastbourne (United Kingdom) by Italian Camille Giorgi (67th) in two sets (3-6, 2-6). Jabeur had qualified for the 2nd round at the expense of another Italian, Jasmine Paoline (42nd), in two sets (6-3, 6-2).
