Tunis: Thursday, May 9 will be the first day of the month of Dhu al-Qidah in the year 1445 of the Hijri calendar, Mufti of the Republic Hichem Ben Mahmoud announced on Wednesday evening.
Dhu al-Qidah is the eleventh month of the Hijri calendar.
