95 candidacies, including 10 by people with special needs, have been submitted for the forthcoming local elections in the Tozeur governorate. Alya Ben Belgecem, information officer at the local independent authority for the elections (IRIE) in Tozeur, told TAP candidates represent the delegations of Tozeur (25), Nefta (14), Dgueche (15), El Hamma of Djerid (14), Hezoua (12) and Tamaghza (15). Candidates are competing in 40 constituencies in the Tozeur governorate.
