Luanda: Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication Mário Oliveira on Monday called for the Angolan Institute of Communications (INACOM) to prepare to keep pace with technological developments and address the challenges posed by digital transformation. According to Angola Press News Agency, Mário Oliveira emphasized that INACOM must ensure that technological development contributes to safeguarding national sovereignty and digital sovereignty, which he described as crucial to consolidating a modern, robust economy focused on citizens' well-being.
