The draft code of state property will be presented to the Council of Ministers before being submitted to the Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP), according to an agreement reached at a ministerial meeting chaired by Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani at the Kasbah Government Palace Tuesday. The ministerial meeting took place in the presence of the Ministers of Justice, Public Works and Housing, Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries and State Property and Land Affairs. In the margins of the meeting, the Ministry of Trade was asked to prepare and submit a file on the management of confiscated goods and a draft law on the subject. Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
