Candidate Adel Hsairi said he would work in concert with residents in west Kalaa Andalous to meet their needs. He pledged to give impetus to agriculture and fisheries and make sure the area gets its total share of irrigation water. Supporting small farmers is of capital importance, he said, in light of fodder price hikes and water scarcity. A vocational training centre to help young people set up their own projects is another pledge by the candidate, in addition to projects with a high employability potential.
