The two candidates in the Kaalet Snen constituency, Kef governorate, Sami Othmani and Aymen El Mhadbi, are competing in the local runoff elections. Sami Othmani, who secured 113 votes in the first round, is calling for the improvement of infrastructure in the area, the development of irrigated agriculture and employment for young people and rural women, as well as the construction of a basic health centre in the villages of Ouled Brahim and Tzida. For his part, Aymen Mhadbi, who obtained 87 votes in the first round, has promised to fight the rural exodus, boost youth employment, support farmers and improve the quality of transport services in the region.
