Rachid Hammami, candidate for elections to the local council of Djebal Djeloud in the constituency of the city of El Fatah (Tunis1), said that his electoral programme aims to address several failures in his Imada, particularly the establishment of a municipal market. He promised to build a public kindergarten for vulnerable people and consolidate the local hospital by introducing a night shift system to be ensured by a doctor. On Saturday, Hammami told TAP, that his region lacks public lighting and access to drinking water. He warned against the high rates of violence and crimes in the area due to isolation, marginalization and lack of public facilities.
