The average money market rate (MMR) decreased slightly to 7.98% in January 2024, compared to 7.99% in October, November and December 2023, according to data published by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) on Thursday. Year-on-year, the MMR has risen over the last four years, from 6.15% in January 2021 to 6.19% in January 2022, 7.96% in January 2023 and 7.98% in January 2024.
