PDL President’s hearing postponed

President of the Free Destourian Party did not appear, on Tuesday, before the investigating judge at the Tunis Court of First Instance as her hearing coincided with the trial of those accused in the case of the assassination of Chokri Belaid, said member of her defense team Nafaa Laribi. At a press briefing held, Tuesday, in front of the Courthouse in Tunis, the lawyer explained that Moussi was to appear, Tuesday, before the investigating judge as part of a complaint filed against her by the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) under Decree-Law No. 54 related to the fight against offenses on information and communication systems. «Moussi's hearing was postponed due to security reasons,» Laribi pointed out, adding that «the PDL president will be kept in the same cell of the terrorists accused of murdering Chokri Belaid.» Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
