Candidates in the run-off local elections for the Sidi Ghrib constituency in the El Mahres delegation (Sfax) are Fatteh Houachtitah and Badereddine Garsallah, who each received 105 votes in the first round. Houachtitah promised to contribute to the local development of Sidi Ghrib by improving access to drinking water, upgrading rural roads, bringing local services closer to citizens, supporting small farmers and setting up an agricultural cooperative. For his part, Garsallah refused to give TAP a statement on his manifesto. Six candidates in the El Mahres, Sidi Ghrib and Esmara constituencies are taking part in the run-off elections.
