The stock market started the week on a positive note. The benchmark index rose by 0.15% to 8906.09 points. Volume during the session was modest and amounted to 2MD, according to broker Tunisie Valeurs.
Office Plast was the top performer. The stock gained 4.4% to TND 1.180 on almost zero volume.
City Cars also ended the session in positive territory. The value rose 3.5% to TND 12, generating a modest flow of TND 22,000.
Amen Bank was the session's top performer. The shares of the private bank provided the market with capital of nearly TND 591,000. Note that the title closed the session with an increase of 1.4% to TND 36.800. The stock has risen 48.3% since the beginning of the year.
The MPBS was the most penalised during the session. Its stock fell by 3.7% to TND 4.450 on a weak flow of TND 7,000. The shares of the wood specialist recorded a slight decline of 1.7% since the beginning of the year.
Shares in ASSAD fell 2% to TND 0.970 on a trading volume of TND 23,000. The company's shares have lost 11% of their value since the beginning of the year.
