Education Minister and her Italian counterpart visit Ariana Technical Preparatory School


Tunis: Education Saloua Abassi said, Saturday, that including the Italian language in technical education programmes will take into consideration the difficulties faced by learners, adding that a communicative approach based on conversation will be followed.

During her visit to Ariana Technical Preparatory School accompanied by Italian Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara and Italian Ambassador to Tunisia, Abassi added this school will host this first experience through the organization of training courses for all educators as part of a strategic vision linking the world of training to that of businesses.

The minister affirmed that technical education represents a new strategic direction in Tunisia and a lever for development. After inspecting the building’s carpentry and industrial electricity workshop, she spoke to a large number of students.
